Room Rentals

The Delaware County Bar Association has conference rooms/meeting rooms available for rental. Rentals are available during normal business hours Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:30 a.m - 1:00 p.m. Below is a description of the rates and rental types.

DEPOSITIONS AND LEGAL-RELATED MATTERS

For DCBA members, the following rates apply:

Half Day: $150.00
Full Day:  $300.00

The DCBA member requesting to use the space must be present at the deposition or meeting.  Non-member attorneys who are part of a member’s firm do not qualify for member fees.

For non-members, the following rates apply:

Half Day:  $250.00
Full Day:  $500.00

PUBLIC RENTAL OF SPACE FOR MATTERS OTHER THAN DEPOSITIONS OR LAW-RELATED ISSUES

Weekday rates:

Auditorium 1/2 day: $300.00 full day: $600.00
Boardroom 1/2 day: $265.00 full day: $520.00
Lower Level 1/2 day: $265.00 full day: $520.00

Weekend rates:

Auditorium 1/2 day: $1000.00 full day: $1500.00
Boardroom 1/2 day: $500.00 full day: $850.00
Lower Level 1/2 day: $500.00 full day: $850.00

ROOM DESCRIPTIONS

Auditorium: The Auditorium is a large meeting room which can accommodate up to 120 people. It can also be subdivided into three separate rooms. This space has movable tables and can be configured a number of ways.  Audio-visual system available, and the room is handicap accessible.

Boardroom: The Boardroom can accommodate approximately 20 people and is ideal for a corporate meeting. 

Elizabeth C. Price Conference Room:  This conference room is located next to the lobby of the Bar Association and is handicap accessible.  It can accommodate between 2-6 people.

William Baldwin Conference Room: This conference room is located next on the main floor of the Bar Association and is handicap accessible.  It can accommodate between 2-6 people.

Lower-Level Conference Room: The Conference Room is located in the lower level of the Bar Building and can accommodate between 10 and 15 people. 

Please be advised that rental fees do not include food or set-up. If you are renting the space, you are free to bring in food and beverages. Also, renters must provide a certificate of insurance upon application for rental.
