The Delaware County Bar Association offers members the opportunity to volunteer for pro bono service through its partnership with Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania. Indigent residents of Delaware County who need civil legal representation can apply to LASP; if qualified, those individuals will then be referred to the DCBA to be matched with a pro bono volunteer.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DCBA IS NOT ABLE TO ASSIGN A PRO BONO ATTORNEY TO ANYONE UNLESS HE/SHE IS QUALIFIED AND REFERRED BY LEGAL AID.
