Summary

The Honorable Chad F. Kenney will lead a spirited discussion of several issues practitioners will encounter once a case proceeds in federal court. We will highlight whether your case has the potential for dismissal under the Federal Arbitration Act and ethical considerations such as practical advice on how to avoid Rule 11 sanctions.
