Summary

A brief history of overall Orphans’ Court Rules revisions since 2015.
A review of the substantial changes to Pennsylvania Orphans’ Court Rules, Chapter XIV, affecting adult guardianships for incapacitated persons governed by 20 Pa.C.S. Chapter 55, which became effective June 1, 2019.
The new rules and forms will be reviewed and compared with prior rules and the guardianship law.

IMPORTANT: Please note that at the conclusion of the video, you will be asked to provide three word/number phrases to verify your full participation. These word/number phrases will appear during the video presentation, and you will be asked to submit these phrases during the posttest questionnaire.
