Up on this site now, for both DCBA members and non-members, are:
Amendments of Orphans' Court Local Rules Nos. 3.5A, 3.5B, 3.6A, 6.10B(2), 6.10D(3), 6.9A, 6.10D(3),
6.10D(4), 6.1A(3), 6.1C, and 14.2B. The Order was signed by the Honorable Joseph P. Cronin, Jr.
on the 11th day of May 2009, upon the unanimous approval of the Board of Judges of Delaware County,
Pennsylvania, the Thirty Second Judicial District, and it ORDERED and DECREED that the
Orphans' Court Rules be amended to reflect the changes and recommendations of the Orphans' Court Rules
Committee to be effective thirty days after publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.

resources frequently. In order to see the latest resources
available, refresh this page. To refresh, press the F5 key (in
the top row of the keyboard) in Internet Explorer, or Control-R
(press the Control and R keys simultaneously) in Netscape.
Check for Problems With Your Connection
Ever wonder where between your computer and an internet
server your connection was breaking down? Here's how to find out:

Go to the MS-DOS Prompt, in the Start
Menu.

Type in tracert, a space, and
the website your are try to reach.

Press ENTER.
For example, type tracert
www.delcobar.org and press
ENTER. You will receive a list of all of the servers you are traveling
through to visit this site.
