Family Law Section

The Family Law Section of the Delaware County Bar Association is open to all lawyers who are 1) in good standing with the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and 2) members in good standing of the Delaware County Bar Association. The dues for membership are thirty-five dollars ($35.00).

The mission of the Family Law Section is to bring together for better acquaintance, mutual advantage, and education those members of the Delaware County Bar Association interested in the development and practical working of the law, both substantive and procedural, relating to marriage, divorce, property division, support, alimony, child custody, protection from abuse and family law and domestic relations generally. It is also the mission of the Section to work with other Bar Association Sections/Committees and the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, PA to assist in promoting the efficient and just disposition of domestic relations matters.
